Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $200. A flat shipping rate is charged below that threshold and is shown before an order is submitted.

Members receive free shipping at any order value during the active purchased membership term. This is a member privilege, not a sitewide discount.

An order is created in pending payment status. Fulfillment does not begin until the BTCPay invoice is paid and the payment reference is matched to the order.

Any processing or delivery estimate shown with the order is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Address review, payment confirmation, carrier conditions, and destination restrictions can affect timing.

Orders ship in discreet packaging. The package is prepared to keep the order together in transit and to avoid unnecessary description of its contents on the exterior.

Inspect the parcel when it arrives. If the shipping container or an item is visibly damaged, retain all packaging and photograph the condition before contacting Kainos.

Tracking is provided for every shipped order. Carrier scans and delivery events are supplied by the carrier and can appear later than the physical movement of a parcel.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete deliverable address and monitoring tracking. Contact Kainos promptly if tracking shows a delivery exception, a return to sender, or a delivered parcel that cannot be located.

Destination availability is determined at checkout. A displayed rate does not override legal, carrier, or destination restrictions.

Kainos may decline or cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reliably be shipped to the supplied destination. If a paid order is cancelled for that reason, any approved refund is issued in Bitcoin.
