The conditions behind the transaction.

These Terms of Use and Sale (the Terms) govern access to kainosaminos.com (the Site) and transactions with Kainos Aminos (Kainos, we, us, or our). By using the Site or submitting an order, you agree to the version of these Terms presented at that time.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order. Additional written terms shown for a membership, referral, return, or promotion become part of these Terms for that transaction.

You must have legal capacity to enter a binding transaction and authority to act for any institution or organization named in an order. You are responsible for determining whether purchase, possession, and research use are lawful in your location.

Account and checkout information must be current, complete, and accurate. You are responsible for activity carried out with your credentials and for notifying Kainos if access appears compromised.

All compounds and supplies are sold strictly for qualified laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic or therapeutic procedures, food, cosmetic use, or human consumption. Product pages, lot records, and research references are informational descriptions of research material.

You agree not to purchase or use a product for any prohibited purpose and not to represent a Kainos item as approved for clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic, food, cosmetic, or veterinary use.

Submitting checkout creates an order in pending payment status; it does not complete a sale. Kainos accepts Bitcoin through a self-hosted BTCPay Server. Credit cards and PayPal are not accepted. The payment reference and invoice identify which order a payment is intended to satisfy.

An order becomes eligible for fulfillment after the BTCPay invoice is paid and matched. Kainos may reject or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, compliance, address, fraud, or operational reasons. Approved refunds are issued in BTC.

Kainos does not run sitewide discounts. Codes are limited to membership and affiliate referral arrangements. A displayed error in price, description, or availability can be corrected before fulfillment.

Shipping rates, the free-shipping threshold, tracking, and delivery conditions are described in the Shipping Policy. Processing and transit dates are estimates. You are responsible for supplying a deliverable address and monitoring tracking.

Return, replacement, damage, and Bitcoin-refund requests are governed by the Returns Policy. Do not send material back without written authorization. Risk allocation and title transfer will be determined by applicable law and the confirmed shipment terms.

Membership is a one-time purchase for the term disclosed at sale. It is not an auto-renewing subscription and does not authorize recurring billing. Perks can include free shipping at any order value, member pricing, a welcome drop, custom label colors, and a referral code earning store credit.

Referral and affiliate participation can be subject to additional written criteria. Codes may not be sold, misrepresented, self-dealt, used to make prohibited product claims, or deployed through deceptive traffic. Kainos may withhold credit tied to fraud, reversal, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

The Site, Kainos name, wordmark, label system, photographs, graphics, copy, software, and arrangement of content are owned by or licensed to Kainos and protected by applicable law. A limited, revocable right is granted to view the Site for lawful purchasing and research-procurement purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, republish, create confusingly similar labels, remove notices, or use Kainos marks to suggest endorsement without written permission. Rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not interfere with Site operation; evade access or purchase controls; introduce malicious code; use false identity, address, or payment information; infringe rights; violate law; resell deceptively; or use the Site or products for a prohibited purpose.

Kainos may restrict access, cancel unfulfilled orders, end program participation, or preserve records when reasonably necessary to address suspected misconduct, legal obligations, security, or these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination remain effective.

The buyer is responsible for researcher qualification, facilities, lawful acquisition, storage, handling, documentation, and disposal. A Certificate of Analysis describes the submitted sample and test methods shown on that certificate; it is not a warranty of a research outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided on an as available and as is basis, except for express written commitments that cannot lawfully be disclaimed. Kainos disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kainos and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential loss arising from the Site, a product, carrier delay, third-party service, or prohibited use. Any aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid to Kainos for the product or service giving rise to the claim, where such a limit is lawful.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Kainos and its personnel harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, prohibited product use, violation of these Terms, infringement, or inaccurate information, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Before filing a formal claim, send a written description through the contact channel with the order reference and requested resolution so the parties can attempt an informal resolution.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law, without adopting a rule that would select another jurisdiction's law. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful subject-matter and personal jurisdiction. Nothing here removes a non-waivable consumer right or remedy.

Kainos may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and date. Changes apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. Continued Site use after publication constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed while the remaining provisions continue. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms and incorporated policies form the entire agreement about their subject matter and replace prior statements on that subject.
